JDW Gear is operated by No-Clik LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Our store sells EDC (everyday carry), survival, multipurpose gear, and novelty items.

**Purchases**
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions.

**Product Descriptions**
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free, complete, or current. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, your remedy is to return it under our Return Policy.

**Shipping**
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. JDW Gear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
