## RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At JDW Gear, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

**Returns**
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@jdwgear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@jdwgear.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

**Non-Returnable Items**
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at time of purchase)
