## SHIPPING POLICY

**Processing Time**
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

**Shipping Times**
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Domestic (US): 5–12 business days
- Expedited Domestic (US): 2–5 business days (where available)
- International: 10–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.

**Shipping Carriers**
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers depending on your location and order size.

**Tracking**
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.

**Lost or Stolen Packages**
JDW Gear is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at orders@jdwgear.com and we will do our best to assist.

**Customs and Duties (International Orders)**
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
